A big news now coming from supreme court on 3rd grade Teacher recruitment of Rajasthan state. Finally High Court HC of Rajasthan has given there decision / judgment on third Grade Teacher vacancy of 2012.
According to our credible source Court today order to frame a Subject Specialist committee for evaluating the controversial questions of 3rd grade recruitment examination. on the recommendation of this committee a final answer key will be published on 22 December 2014 of Grade 3 Teacher Recruitment. After that new merit will be prepared on the basis of revised answer key and marks obtained candidates. But court has given relaxation to those candidates who are already appointed . such teacher will loose their seniority. After the revision of answer key newly appointed candidates will get seniority from the date of results declaration. newly appointed candidates will not get salary from the prior to date of the appointment. This order was given by HC of Rajasthan on the recruitment of Zila parishad which was done 2012 .

Writ petitioner said in court that a committee which was framed to check the objection on answer key and questions, not evaluating questions correctly. There was so many mistakes in revised answer key which was published on 30 July 2014 and it seems many of the questions and answer still wrong. So applicant are demanding to resolve all the objection and publish the revised merit lists and appoint teacher on the basis of revised merit list.
Court also set schedule for 3rd grade recruitment which are as are follows
28 November - a committee of subject specialist teacher will be framed by Panchayati raj department
5 December 2014 – submission of answer key to state government by specialist committee. committee will also told the detailed objection and information on the basis of prescribed books and syllabus which will be also uploaded at the official website .
8 December 2014 – a fresh objection will be invited on newly revised answer key of 3rd grade recruitment
22 December 2014 - final answer key will be submitted to state government .
