NO.OF POSTS: 27 vacant posts of Postman and Multi Tasking Staff (MTS) in Shimla.

POST WISE DETAILS: 27 posts of Postman and Multi Tasking Staff (MTS)-
1- POSTMAN (N.G Group ‘C’ Post): 15 posts.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200/- + GP Rs. 2000/- + allowances.
Required Qualification: A passed of Matriculation from a recognized Board or University.
Required Age: In between of 18 years -27 years.
2- MULTI TASKING STAFF (MTS) (N.G Group ‘C’ Post): 12 posts.
Pay Scale: Rs. 5200-20200/- + GP Rs. 1800/- + allowances.
Required Qualification: A passed of Matriculation or ITI from recognized Board.
Required Age: In between of 18 years -27 years.
AGE RELAXATION: Relaxation in age is applicable for reserved category candidates as per Govt. Rules.
REQUIRED FEE: An amount of Rs. 500/- by unreserved candidates and Rs. 100/- by SC/ ST candidates to be paid as an application fee to be deposiuted in any Post office in the form of UCR.
No fee from PH candidates.
POST RESERVATION: Reservation is applicable for Scheduled caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), Other Backward Class (OBC), Persons with Disabilities (PWD), Ex-Servicemen (ESM) candidates.
SELECTION PROCEDURE: Candidates will be selected on the basis of their performance in Written Test and Interview.
